Objectives
The objective of the Advanced Diploma in Hospitality and Hotel Management is to develop student knowledge in the field of hospitality and hotel management with strong emphasis on advanced practical skills and requisite knowledge and
understanding in the junior to mid-level management of operation in the hospitality and hotel management context.
Upon successful completion of the program, the students will acquire:
1. Advanced skills in hospitality and hotel operations and management skills
2. Understanding of business environment and managerial roles
3. Critically analyze operational, and service challenges in hospitality contexts, applying problem-solving, leadership, and people-management skills to deliver innovative solutions.

Full-Time Program: 12-month study Monday to Friday (3 hours per session)
Part-Time Program: 12-month study 2 sessions per week (3 hours per session)
Assessment
i) Each module will be assessed via the coursework with the following formats: Assignments and Portfolio Project
ii) The assignments and Portfolio Project will be set and marked by ICASTEC.

Entry Requirements
- Minimum Age: 16 years old for locals or 18 years old for foreigners
- Academic Level: Diploma in F&B or Hospitality or equivalent
- Language Proficiency: A pass in English with Grade C6 and above at GCE O Level, or IELTS 5.5, or equivalent
- Work Experience (If applicable): Mature candidate who is above 18 years old with at least secondary school education and at least 3 years of relevant working experience (with 1 year of experience in supervisory role)
Course Fee
- S$5,450.00 (inclusive of other fee S$1,360.00) (Total course fee inclusive of 9% GST)
- Course fee excludes miscellaneous fee which are noncompulsory or non-standard fees payable only when necessary. A breakdown of course fee is given in the PEIStudent contract. In accordance with the PEI-Student contract, course fee is refundable but miscellaneous fee is not refundable.
Eligibility of Graduation
- Students are expected to attain a minimum of 40% in order to pass each module.
- Students who have successfully passed all required modules and achieve minimum average score of 50% will be eligible for graduation.
- Should students fail in any module, one can re-register for followings with costs:
- Re-assessment without revision
- Re-module with assessment
